| 2-Day course offers in-depth discussions on weathering mechanism of PVC, chemical and physical aging, color retention, impact retention and dimensional stability of exterior application products; all variables effecting product performance, such as compound ingredients, process conditions, and the outdoor environment. It also includes detailed discussions on dimensional stability of vinyl building products, teaches how to achieve good dimensional stability through compound modification and product design. The course includes test methods and industry standards for exterior vinyl products. |
